LYON & THE JURA - FRANCE

With a range of dining experiences from Michelin stars to casual Bouchons—the Lyonnais restaurants that serve hearty classic local fare like charcuterie, duck pâté, and quenelles de brochet—our tour will teach you everything you need to know to understand the origins of modern French cuisine. We also visit the mountainous Jura region, tasting wines from producers of Cremant du Jura, Vin Jaune and of course we visit caves to taste France’s most popular cheese: Comté.
